You might say I’m excited about exercise these days.

The topic for this month’s DSMA (Diabetes Social Media Advocacy) blog carnival is all about exercise, which made us laugh. OK, I didn’t exactly fall, but it’s the closest I’ve come since I started taking spin classes a little over a year ago…

If you say someone’s is “spinning” in German, it means that he or she is pretty much nuts. I’m thinking this definition may apply pretty well as I’ve tried my out first three Spinning Classes at a local 24-Hour Fitness Club here in the last week.
