Every Holiday Season we like to remind you about an awesome eBook that the DOC created collectively a few years back: Nuggets of Wisdom from the Diabetes Community.

When 1,500 people come together to talk diabetes and brainstorm on how to improve the patient experience, you can generally expect great things! Adults with type 1 diabetes, rejoice! Whereas we were once “square pegs” in a world dominated by “juvenile diabetes” and type 2, there is more and more recognition that we exist, and more and more great events are welcoming us grown-up type 1s and LADAs.
