A North Carolina man living with type 2 diabetes has filed a federal lawsuit against a state dietetics board that he claims censored his blog, the Diabetes Warrior. I don’t write much about food choices. But believe me, as a person with diabetes (and gluten intolerance), I struggle with them all the time.
