If I were the parent of a child with diabetes, my opinions about the new-to-the-market and highly praised Medtronic MySentry CGM monitoring device might be different.

I’ve lived with type 1 diabetes for the past 18 years and I travel by plane for business or pleasure (or both…) almost monthly. You probably think that by now I’d have traveling with diabetes down pat. When the insulin pump hacking story first broke two weeks ago, we viewed it mostly as a publicity stunt. But it’s had some interesting repercussions.
