One particular moment doesn’t stand out about the MedicineX conference at Stanford University this past week. Instead, it was all of the moments!

Sophie Lee has an obsession with toilets – not because it’s some kind of fetish, but because all of her adult life, she’s never known when she’s going to urgently need one nearby, or suffer the consequences. Last Friday, I had the opportunity to attend the first-of-its kind e-Patient Bootcamp program held at the offices of Edelman PR in New York City. Anyone else feel like keeping up with reading around the diabetes / health communities online is becoming overwhelming? Yup. And that’s a good thing, because it validates that what we’re all doing here is meaningful. Don’t believe me?
