Every Holiday Season we like to remind you about an awesome eBook that the DOC created collectively a few years back: Nuggets of Wisdom from the Diabetes Community.
The book was compiled from entries submitted to the first-ever DiabetesMine Holiday Survival Sweepstakes, in which hundreds of community members submitted their best advice for handling an assortment of holiday-related challenges, like holiday parties, exercising during the winter, travel, and avoiding too much food.

We review a good number of books here at the ‘Mine, but it’s not often that I’ve found myself reviewing a book with chapters written by so many people I’m lucky enough to know!
That was what made reading My Sweet Life: Successful Men with Diabetes all the more surprising for me.
