You might say I’m excited about exercise these days.

The topic for this month’s DSMA (Diabetes Social Media Advocacy) blog carnival is all about exercise, which made us laugh. I’m off to Dallas today to take part in a special patient advisory council* for the American Heart Association, which is desperately trying to reach out to people with diabetes about heart health.
