I was just wondering what Heather studied at UC Berkeley that she was able to get a job at a brewery. Chemistry? I only ask because my Dad had a job at a brewery early in his career– at Henry Weinhard’s– a small brewery that made quite a splash in Portland in the 70s and 80s.

I know Heather from both community college and UC Berkeley and you chose an amazing person to represent the patients voice. Heather is open and honest about her Diabetes and takes the time to explain her insulin pump to those of us who know nothing about that form of treatment but are curious. She is an incredible, warm hearted woman and will make a wonderful representative.
