I was diagnosed 15 years ago with Diabetes II. I have remained healthy overall, but have certainly had my ups and downs with the sugar control thing. Right now I am on a downer. Trying everything I can except more kinds of medication and exercise. Back and hip injuries preclude more active sorts.

DMBooks – I’d love to win this book. Burnout is a hot topic in our household. It’s not like I’m trying to kill myself or anything. I just want a vacation from all this work. So I rebel. I know it’s bad, but I keep occasionally breaking the rules. May this book will help me understand why? I hope so.

I would so love to win a copy of this book – at the moment my 14 year old daughter is really suffering at the moment and being a single parent it can be so difficult knowing how to best support her. DMBooks
