I’m sad for the focus on T2, but I’ll take diabetes attention anytime. My T1 is a dancer and some awareness of how hard she works to manage both would have been nice.

I can really relate with the statement “The benefit is in helping to engage and inspire others to use the most underutilized way to manage this disease: physical activity! ” I am not diabetic but as a health care professional I’m interested in diabetes. Some of the patients I have managed before had dramatic results with these lifestyle changes. Motivation is the hardest item in to bring on board…dancing is a excellent idea.
