Today many of us are happily “off the grid” spending time with family and being thankful for all that we have in life. There’s football, and loads of food, and for people with diabetes (PWDs) — there’s of course always some anxiety.
Luckily, there are a lot of new resources to help us calculate carbs for this holiday in particular, like the chart below created by Tandem Diabetes, based on information that D-Mom and fellow blogger Leighann Calentine had once put into a chart and posted online.
Our team is looking forward to testing these numbers empirically, over a relaxing weekend — but keep on stopping by because our Ask D’Mine column will run as usual this Sunday.
