At least if AAPL makes a run at it, there will be no question of insufficient funding if it fails to pass muster. That would probably close the topic once and for all.

Why can’t they build on the glucowatch that was released several years ago? In the time since, that tech couldn’t be improved upon. Bottom line, it’s about ROI and T1′s are too small of a population. That’s why most of the technology is ugly, bulky and obtrusive.

Ok this technology has been out for soo many yrs, and yes it keeps changing and technology always does. Diabetes is not a one person illness, it affects millions so #1 business wise the market is out there. #2 if you need people to test this product that is so easy. I am will to. I need this been diabetic for over 26 yrs and no having difficulty even having symptoms when my sugars drop, they just drop, I need something to help me. And so many out there. And please do not make the cost $10,000, come on this market is untouchable, who ever makes the first ones, will make alot of money, So companies I challange you to come up with this product asap. It is a needed item, Remember Jodie Fosters movie wear the daughter had one, I was so amazed but it was so expensive and that was so long ago. and yet here we r still with nothing for the common, not rich, but us common folks. Please advise

….I believe some one will do it in the 5 next years, before 2020 we’ll have a very trusted smart glucowatch working with IR. At least I hope so
