If you haven’t yet checked out our 2013 Patient Voices scholarship contest, please do so now! Just as much as giving 10 passionate patient advocates a chance to participate in our 2013 Innovation Summit, this contest is about gathering material that illustrates how we as a patient community feel about diabetes innovations… what we need most and what is missing?
Feel free to be creative in expressing these thoughts: in the form of presentation slides, original photo images, or a brief video. Don’t miss this historic change to have a direct and meaningful dialogue with decision-makers in the pharma industry, FDA, top D-research clinics, mHealth designers and more.
We’ve decided to extend the deadline for submissions out to Friday, July 26, to give more of you time to gather your thoughts!
In addition, we’re working hard to piece together a “bigger picture” of the Patient Community’s thoughts / sentiments / challenges regarding Diabetes Technology.
Whether or not you’ll be participating in our contest,
PLEASE FILL OUT THIS SURVEY to help us gather important patient perspectives we can share with the health and medical Powers That Be:
The survey is being facilitated by the USC Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism and takes about
10 minutes to complete – 10 min well-spent, we promise, in that we’re pretty sure no researcher has ever asked the kind of real-world experience questions we’re asking here.
This again is an historical opportunity for us patients to be frank about how we use and view our diabetes tools.
Please help us document this! And please pass on the survey link to any and every PWD you know.
Thank you kindly,
Amy & Team
