Thank you. We keep working on this, results are inevitable! The autoimmune attack is complicated but surely there practical ways to minimize the impact of the disease. Affordability would be a bonus.

The primary goal of type 1 diabetics of all ages is to stay alive and to stay healthy. For the first time in history it is possible to accomplish such a goal
By making use of current systems and procedures. Based on my having been a type 1 diabetic for 52 years, if I had it to do over again and I had a choice I would prefer to stay as healthy as possible at whatever the cost so that if ever they do find a cure I would not have a complicated medical history.
The systems and procedures that I am referring to include the insulin pump
And the constant glucose monitor now being used successfully at all ages.
