    Great for you, Mike! I am also exercise-averse, and that fact that you are overcoming that gives me hope for myself! I, too, am a longtime T1D, and my family is from the Midwest, so I sort of feel a kindred sense with you in that way, too. Can’t wait to hear your post-Tour report!

    So glad to hear you’re doing this. I did my first Tour de Cure a couple of weeks ago (55 miles). Keep those wheels rolling!
