    Shucks, I and thousands of others can’t read Flash format videos on our smart phones or tablets. Sort of throws the count off.

    I inherited D from my Dad when I was 59. I was able to control it with diet, medication, and exercise for 10 years but the last four years I decided to switch to insulin. I now take one 24 hr shot and a fast acting insulin before
    meals as well as managed diet and exercise.

    I agree that support is needed since this illness is self managing. Talking to your doctor every six months just does not do it.

    I think organizing groups of people based on there level of medication is
    so important and should be the doctors and staff who supply this much needed assistance to their clients.They just do not see it as a responsibility. Thanks for producing this documentary and beginning the discussion.
