It seems the song “Let it snow” may be taking on a whole new meaning for people with diabetes…
Many PWDs are likely experiencing the need for some BG-friendly (or BS = blood sugar-friendly) snow shoveling lately, with the recent snow falls that have covered much of the U.S.!

So, so true… it always works for me. I could go for some BG lowering right now, but the driveway’s already been cleared. (Maybe I should shovel snow in the backyard?)
Experienced some very profound BG lowering yesterday afternoon. I ended up below 40, thankfully my wife noticed it. It’s easy to forget that the exercise can reduce your BGs for several hours afterwards.
