PATIENTS FOR A MOMENT (PFAM) is a new-ish a bi-weekly patient-centered blog carnival, founded in part by Leslie of Getting Closer to Myself. We are delighted to be hosting this month on Jan. 15 — in the hopes of getting the Diabetes Online Community integrally involved!

Each edition has a theme topic, so in honor of the kickoff of 2013, we’ve chosen the topic of Renewals — not just prescription renewals, but any ways in which you may be starting fresh for the new year.
Changing doctors? Meds? Exercise routine? Committing yourself to relaxation techniques? Drinking less coffee? Leaf turnovers? Do-overs? Making resolutions, you might say? …
Everyone is welcome to share a blog post on any type of patient-centered “renewal.” Please email us with the title and URL of your post, and a brief summary of the topic to info_at_diabetesmine(dot)com. Please include PFAM in your email subject line.
Submissions are due Thursday, Jan. 10. The final edition will run live here on Jan. 15.
Please write and submit! No submission is too small or insignificant. Share your voice. We know most everyone has an idea to “start over” in some way at the turn of the new year.

Hi, what’s the topic for this month?
