    Its unfortunate the dLife organization wasn’t more forthcoming, suggesting that just maybe CNBC have them the boot. The reality is television seems to be going in that direction anyway, but will dLife have the same clout not only with advertisers, but also getting guests and interviews now that they’ve been moved to the really small screen (online only). Also, even while TV is increasingly moving online, some segments (notably the elderly) don’t have the technical savvy or expertise to look to online TV. The bright side, as dLife notes, is that we can skip sections we don’t care to see. But the reality is that advertisers for people with diabetes, including big Pharma, are incredibly cheap and even publications like Diabetes Health struggle to keep them onboard.

    I know this is an old entry, but I just wanted to comment on the fact that dLife has (or had) a forum (or bulletin board system) where people can interact. Kind of old school social media, but preferred by many who dislike the lack of privacy and control of personal information that’s so prevalent on some social media sites.
