    I like peanut butter on green peppers. But PB does make my BG go up, despite relatively low carb count.

    I love nut butters. Lately its my go to snack. No celery, no bread, just a spoon. Its a great snack when you just need something to tide you over. The fat is the real treat of it, it gives you that satiating effect, telling your brain its enough. Sometimes as a bed time snack, I’ll add a few dark chocolate chips to a spoon full of PB. Yum. Nice little desert that helps me keep my BG stable overnight.

    Try a spoonful of nut butter in a cup of plain Greek yogurt. Low carb plus protein, and even tho everyone looks at me like I’m crazy when I recommend this, delicious!
