Type 2 here, noshing on unsalted peanuts as I write this, got my ‘extra-strength’ flu shot this year recommended for – yikes – older people – (I’m 66) and a pneumonia shot last year, per my great family doctor. Since I ate too many whole-wheat pretzel sticks tonite, i’ll hop on my exercise bike – in front of the telly – and lower my glucose 50 points after 20 minutes on the bike.
