Laughter… heals all. At least for a moment. Great stories, Amy and Allison! Thanks for sharing them!

I just found one in my sewing kit that I hadn’t used in years. How in the world did it end up THERE? I don’t prick myself enough with sewing needles that I need a used test strip too???

I use an old test strip vial for used test strips, ever since a friend politely asked me to be careful about leaving them lying around her house.

Diabetes can be so overwhelming and scary. Some of my patients are heros for the bravery they need to get through every day. People think about education, discipline etc. but humor is such a valuable tool. There are great stories and I will share them with my patients.

I USE A SMALL TIC TAC BOX… IT IS FLAT AND IT FITS NICELY IN MY “ONE TOUCH ULTRA LINK” CASE. I DECORATED IT WITH RHINESTONES. IT KINDA CAMAFLOUGES THE USED STRIPS. YOU ARE LESS LIKELY TO GET “EWWW..S” FROM ANYONE.
