Oh, isn’t that the truth. It seems that everything I crave is some no-no food like chips or ice cream or something.
I have taken a liking to the fruit popsicles that are about 60 calories. I don’t feel quite as guilty, but they are definitely not low carb. I really need to find a low carb snack I can crave – and live with it!
