Excellent point, Amy. I’ve had enough with high numbers lately: 103º here in New Hampshire yesterday.
SO true!!! I was just saying how insulin went from about $20 a bottle without insurance when I was 18, to $140 currently here in the US. Not good news for anyone un-insured, and even WITH insurance, it can be very expensive. Great cartoon as always!!!
You can’t be a diabetic without health insurance! This is a VERY important topic. Thank you for bringing light to a very serious issue! Well illustrated!
Or for us it’s the entire tank of gas it takes to visit the endo 200 miles away!
