    As a former swimmer in high school, I find this very cool. But even without any past connection to swimming, the message is so right on: Don’t give up. You CAN do this (I think a certain pancreas-texter owns rights to that phrase, now… ). Great story and can’t wait to hear how the swim goes!     Good on them all for giving it a go. I’ve got no doubt that they will be successful in their attempt. Makes me want to get out there and do the same.

    Our team got across in a time of 13hrs 26minutes on Thursday 21st July.
    The article above suggests wetsuits – this is not the case, just traditional costumers.
    Sadly three of the original team dropped out before the event, but three friends (non-type1) were drafted in at short notice.
