    I am more, “in the moment too” as much as I read to get info, it just seems that there really are no rules when it comes to diabetes.

      hello Lauren, there are rules for diabetics, keep alcohol consumption to a minimum or just quit drinking period, in your diet you should delete all processed foods, I know difficult in America, but fruits, veggiess and proteins only, and start exercising regularly, all the best, Jim

    Allison- I think it’s cool that your diabetes care team has taught you how to manage diabetes and the resources you mentioned are great resources for trouble shooting diabetes.

    I also engage in frequent troubleshootings due to uncertain BG levels. I read whatever I come across on the Internet and talk to people about the same. I have been in forums exclusive of this. One really interesting takeaways from a forum that changed my life. NATVIA’s sweeteners products helped me a lot. Natvia.com
