No worries — despite the “moving” image below, the blog isn’t going anywhere. It’s just that my family and I have been moving out of the hotel (!) and into our newly remodeled home this week. Very exciting! And far more work than I’d ever expected…
Don’t you just hate having to sift through all your worldly possessions? No matter how much you filter, there are always: 1) several important things you cannot find, 2) lots of stuff you feel you just need to keep, but you don’t know exactly why, and 3) little odds and ends that seem to “straggle” around the house, as no one can decide what to do with them. People who’ve moved recently: please tell me you know what I’m talking about!
I’m still trying to find my next box of pods, which I am just SURE I saw some time between the carpet installation and construction of our new banister – sigh.
Anyway, it’s a good thing bells are jingling and it’s a Holly-Jolly time of year (a little more time for us to sort
)
Enjoy the merriment, and we’ll see y’all here next week.
Warm Wishes,
AmyT

One reason we try to always LABEL our boxes — or at the very least, number them and keep a master list correlating numbers to contents. Unfortunately, the system isn’t perfect when it comes down to shoving all the little things in the box in a very short amount of time, and making sure the box with the stuff you need isn’t buried under a ton of other boxes (see: finding my winter shoes, finding my holiday decorations).
Hey! Is that a test strip under there?
