There are exactly five days left to enter the 2010 DiabetesMine Design Challenge, the web’s premiere open innovation competition to improve life
with diabetes (nice tagline, ay? I just made that up)
We’ve already received several-dozen entries this year, and garnered some great media coverage too, including:
The Huffington Post (thank you, Riva!)
Diabetes Forecast magazine – online edition
Pharma 2.0 blog
Medscape (wonderful, in-depth article; requires login)
Some Tips if you’re planning to enter:
Don’t forget to enter TWICE – that is, you’ll need to BOTH fill out the entry form at the bottom of the page here, and also upload your actual entry at either the Scribd Group (for paper entries) or the YouTube Contest Group (for videos)
On the entry form – don’t forget two vital things: a VALID EMAIL ADDRESS, and THE URL OF YOUR SUBMISSION, either at Scribd.com or YouTube.
For goodness’ sake, please give your entry the NAME OF YOUR DESIGN CONCEPT. Any documents or videos simply titled “DiabetesMine Contest” will have to be disqualified, because it is impossible to sort or keep track of those.
A confirmation should pop up when you complete and submit the official entry form.
If you entered a Scribd document in particular, please click back on the Contest Group page ( http://www.scribd.com/group/84524-2010-diabetesmine-design-challenge ) to be sure your entry is not just on Scribd, but actually in the contest group.
Likewise, after uploading a video, please click back on our YouTube Contest Group page ( http://www.youtube.com/2010dbminechallenge ) to be sure that your video is actually included in the group.
Got all that? Great!
We cannot wait to see what y’all came up with…
