		<description>It is always interesting to see how other countries are dealing with the diabetes epidemic what policies they have in place to try and stem it and what infrustructure, they have in place.
while in the US we spend the most in diabetes RD and costs, countries like India who have the highest prevalence of the disease spend a lot less but have instituted practices like mandating diabetes testing for everyone which in on itself might help stem the tide. wise man once said necessity is the mother of invention and who knows as that might be a necessary factor in finding  a cure be it homegrown or from outside.</description>
