This was my first WDD and I went to a luncheon on Friday where I got to meet some of my favorite bloggers. On Saturday, we lit our porch with blue lights, had a chili dinner with friends where I brought d-friendly foods to share, wore my WDD pin and had some wonderful dialogue with them about diabetes and how it's changed our lives. We participated in the Big Blue Test and blogged about it all. I was diagnosed with Type II in July, so it was fun to be part of the celebration, rather than feeling like the one that can't participate because of diabetes. It was a great day and I look forward to doing more next year. Thanks for all you do to educate and inspire. I've logged into the keas system but haven't completed all the questions yet.
