    Sorry about your foot, but sounds like you definitely made the best of it! Just when we think we have the program down with D, some mysterious X factor creeps in and rocks the boat. Hard to shift and start trusting a new plan, but the sooner the better. I’m training for my first (sprint) triathlon right now, so reading this post was very encouraging. Oh, and glad I’m not the only one who wakes up on race days with a high to correct!

    Great guest post David! You’re a real inspiration to many of us out there.

    I wanted to chime in and say that I had a great experience working with Fit4D a while back. It was all positive, and I hold the trainers I worked with and everyone there in very high regard.

    Great post! As a Type III diabetic, I can definitely relate. My husband has the same issues. Keep up the good work!
