Great tips - one day late! I kind of caved and had an overstuffed, belly-aching holiday. But Bg's were fine mostly - I even went low overnight bc I set my basal too high to compensate. Ah well, today was fine, with healthy eating and lots of sweaty gardenwork. Life's too short and it's too much of a daily struggle with T1 to beat myself up for bingeing at a big pasta dinner on the 4th. I wonder, though, if I'd read this just beforehand, if my behavior would have been a tad more conscious.
