And . . . I don't think you look too stiff. Good eye contact with the camera while holding and describing a pump, but don't be afraid to glance down at the pump, and then go back to looking into the camera even more than you are doing. That will come across as a bit more natural. Perhaps that is what you are sensing/feeling. In production, it's always a delicate balance, and I think you are doing a great job! Using the OneTouch Ping meter-remote, a person can calculate insulin doses and opt to wirelessly instruct the pump to deliver them without touching the pump at all, giving patients more freedom and flexibility in using their insulin pump.
