Find it (http://www.ada.gov/mediate.htm) and look under the Mediation paragraph. You can actually file a complaint with them. It's worth a try! It would be no different. I am having trouble getting some financial aide issues straightened out to go back to work. I called a senators office to get help. The response was "but you're disabled, you don't *need* to go back to school. That's what disability is for" I don’t get it, do they say the same about asthma?
