Give Thanks

Happy Thanksgiving, All! Or should I say, Happy Xtra Large Plate O’ Food Day?

When you think of facing this holiday season of meals, meals, meals, don’t you sometimes wish you could just turn and RUN? Well, imagine how they feel…

Turkeyshot

Seriously, though. At least for the weeks to come, you can search some “carb safe” recipe ideas over at the dLife Holiday Helpline. No recipe contains more than 45 grams of carbs per serving. PER INDIVIDUAL SERVING (a friendly reminder). OK, and for after the meal, you can always try a fiber detox. Enjoy!

  3. Happy Thanksgiving!

When I get out the measuring cups and put them on the table, it will help all of us eat sensibly, not just my diabetic son.

I hope you have a wonderful holiday.

  5. Great tips not only for this special time, but for any time there is pressure to eat allot (ALLOT) like at parties and other times. :) Great stuff Amy :)
