I do believe that it is a lot of pain and suffering for what seems like little improvement.  But you are setting a course that will serve you or hurt you for the rest of your life.  Be strong.

You know, deep down, that you are working on some real serious issues.  They are hard to wrestle with, and will test you and your resolve to change.  But you can do it.  And when you look back on where you have come from, once you are on your &quot;good path&quot;, you will feel a sense of strength and resolve that you can draw upon forever.
