Who Reads Forecast?

You know, Diabetes Forecast, that slick full-color monthly magazine you get when you become a member of the American Diabetes Association? You read it? Well, read the latest issue, mailed out this week! For me, OK? Because they’ve *finally* gotten around to publishing my article on Continuous Glucose Monitoring! (see page 52 of the August issue; I’ll post the link once it’s up)

D_forecast How cool is that? Except it was a bit like having a baby, since that puppy was in the hopper for 9 months (I kid you not!), and therefore required continuous nurturing (read: multiple updates) in order to stay on top of CGM advancements.

Anyway, while you’re thumbing through, check out the various features and research profiles by associate editor Kate Ruder, who’s been doing her bit to make the magazine more informative and fun to read of late. And now they’ve got me ;)

** And in other diabetes magazine news, get ready for a major revamp of Diabetes Health online. They’ll be going streaming video soon, with live interviews to view, dynamic pages to “flip through” and more. They were showing off their hot new stuff at (where else?) the ADA Conf earlier this month.**

  2. Got it, read it … very good! Bravo!

  3. How embarrassing; I read the article with out noticing that one of my favorite writers commanded the by-line!
