So far I've found that I can follow the carb counts on their labels pretty accurately. But this stuff seems to absorb quite slowly, so I need to wait to dose for at least 40min after eating or I end up with an early low. Thanks for asking, Alexis. Their site says a serving has less sugar than an apple, and I am wondering as to how much insulin you have found you need to take.
